We are looking for a Senior Sous Chef to lead and manage our brigade cooking highly seasonal British cuisine using game and seasonal meats.
– Located close to Victoria Station
– Salary £35K
The Senior Sous Chef will be responsible for leading the kitchen and will work with the head chef to help develop monthly menu changes and daily specials.
Joining a team of 12 chefs, serving a 60 seat restaurant and bar. We offer all day service and have a very popular Sunday roast.
Our menus change every 6 weeks as well as daily and weekly specials, the sous chef will have input into menu development and creativity.
The Senior Sous Chef must have a friendly attitude who can work hands on with the team and develop the brigade.
