We are looking for a Senior Sous Chef to lead and manage our brigade cooking highly seasonal British cuisine with Mediterranean influences.

–              Located between Victoria and Slone Sq

–              Salary £35K

The Senior Sous Chef will be responsible for leading the kitchen and will work with the head chef to help develop monthly menu changes and daily specials.

Joining a team of 18 chefs across 2 kitchen (Main kitchen and Bar kitchen)

The restaurant seats 50 covers plus an additional 24 seats in the bar, we offer all day service and have a very popular Sunday roast.

The Senior Sous Chef must have a friendly attitude who can work hands on with the team and develop the brigade.
