A Monday to Friday opportunity has become available for an experienced sous chef looking for the next move!

The hours will be very social working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week paying a competitive salary up to £34k depending on experience.

To assist the head chef in running a very busy retail operation within the contract catering sector.

Currently serving up to 1500 transactions daily – Roughly 200 for each hot main course (around 600), deli counter, sushi area, salad offer.

  • Must be friendly a natural leader with a great flair and on trend with the food market.
  • Need an excellent understanding of food in general.
  • Must have excellent due diligence and someone wanting to challenge themselves
  • Someone who is currently a sous chef for this challenging role.
  • Must have experience of supervising staff and the ability to deputize in heads chefs absence
  • Good financial awareness and good computer skills are required for this role.
