We are looking a pizza chef to join our team of 10 chefs cooking monthly changing seasonal British and European menus using high quality locally sauced produce. Our restaurant serve up to 130 covers per service.
The pizza chef will be responsible for preparing and serving all homemade pizza bases, sauce and toppings using a wood fired oven. There will be opportunities for to work across other sections of the kitchen.
The pizza chef will have input into menu development and specials.
Located 5 minutes’ walk from Victoria station and Slone square we work 7 shifts per week with paid overtime. The kitchen is well stocked and modern with a friendly and enthusiastic brigade.
We are offering a salary of £24-27K per year plus paid over time.
The Chef de Partie will be given training and progression opportunity’s across our group of 5 central London restaurants.
