We are looking for a pastry sous chef to lead the pastry department in our multi award winning modern British restaurant.

Cooking One Star Michelin cuisine the pastry sous chef will be heavily involved in menu planning, leading a team of 4 -5 pastry chefs we produce everything fresh on site using the very best available produce.

Located in Central London we offer a very competitive salary package along with opportunity for growth and progression within a well-known restaurant group.

The ideal candidate will have a background in fine dining modern European cuisine
