We are looking for a pastry sous chef to join our team cooking for a fast paced high volume all day brasserie in Piccadilly.

Located close to Piccadilly Circus the pastry sous chef will work 6 shifts per week (50 hours) and offer a salary of up to £32K plus many benefits and incentives.

We produce everything fresh on site from viennoiserie to ice creams and afternoon tea. The restaurant can often serve 1000 customers per day.

Working in a team of 10 pastry chefs, the sous chef will be responsible for running the section, overseeing quality and consistency and managing kitchen due diligence.

The sous chef will be given dedicated hands on training and opportunity’s for progression.
