We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic pastry sous chef to join our team in a well-known and highly respected party design and event catering company catering for VIP events offering bespoke restaurant and Michelin quality menus.

The company ethos is progressive and we are looking for a stable pastry sous chefs who want to grow with us and share in our success. This is a great company to work for offering training in new techniques and development opportunity’s.

Based in Wandsworth (South West London) close to tube links (District Line) and national rail stations. We also have parking on site.

The pastry sous chef work Monday to Friday 8,30am to 4,30pm with overtime paid for evening events and occasional weekends.

We are offering a great basic salary plus over time and bonuses, the pastry sous chef could potentially earn up to £35K per year.

We can cater for events of up to 500 covers. All our food is produced on site to restaurant quality using fresh seasonal produce from the around the British Isle. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills be confident interacting with clients and will have creative input into menus and events.

The ideal pastry sous chef will be not only a superbly gifted chef but also highly organised and creative with a background in fine dining and an interest in events they will need to have strong leadership/management abilities.

Position – Pastry Sous Chef

Cuisine – Bespoke events with restaurant quality menus

Location – Southfields (District Line)

Salary – £25-28K Basic + Over time (Package of £35) + Company Bonus

Shifts – Monday to Friday 8,30am to 4,30pm in the production kitchen + regular evening events paid as overtime

Previous background working in the pastry section in high quality restaurants and hotels is required and previous experience working on events would be a bonus.
