We are looking for a pastry demi chef to join our pastry team of 5 chefs catering for an award winning brasserie.
Our menus change seasonally and focus on modern European and British produce. We produce everything fresh on site from the breakfast pastry’s to ice creams.
This is a fast paced kitchen with an all-day service catering for up to 1000 guests per day.
The pastry demi chef will be confident working in a team covering all areas of the pastry section and will be given support and training to develop and grow to the next level in their careers.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £22-24K for a 48 hour working week along with an extensive benefits package, travel to work loans, company pension and health care.
Ideal candidates will have experience working in fresh food restaurant kitchens.
