We are looking for a pastry chef de partie to join our team cooking modern European and Asian fusion for a high quality busy restaurant based in Mayfair serving rosette standard menus for up to 200 covers per service.
We offer a very competitive salary package of £2-26K + tronc and over time!!!!
We work 7 shifts per week (50 hours)
All our food is produced fresh on site using high quality fresh seasonal ingredients, our menus change on a seasonal basis.
The pastry kitchen consists of 5 chefs who all have impute into menu development and are given 1st class training and opportunities for progression.
