We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic pastry chef to join our team cooking authentic Japanese Kaiseki cuisine in a One Star Michelin Kitchen in the heart of Mayfair within walking distance of tube and transport links.

We cater for up to 100 covers per service working 4 days on 3 days off. We are offering a salary of £24K + tips and overtime.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from some of the best Japanese chefs in the country, the head and sous chefs all trained in 2 & 3 star Michelin kitchens in Japan.

The pastry team consists of 2 chefs, producing everything fresh on site using high quality fresh seasonal and exciting produce. Our menus change on a regular basis reflecting the seasons whilst utilising produce at its peak.

There will be opportunity for growth and progression across a growing group of fine dining and Michelin stared kitchen.
