We are looking for a pastry chef de partie to join our team cooking classic British and French cuisine for a very exclusive member’s only restaurant.

Located on Piccadilly we cater for a 50 cover restaurant offering lunch and dinner Monday to Friday as well as events and private dining for up to 100 guests.

The pastry chef will work alone on the section though will be supported by the head and sous chefs and will be given the opportunity to have input and be creative with menus.

We use the very best seasonal produce sauced from across the UK and Europe, our menus change on a regular basis to reflect the seasons.

We work 45 hours per week covering both lunch and dinner shifts.

The pastry chef de partie salary is £22-23K plus paid over time, annual bonus and annual pay rise.
