We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative pastry chef de partie to join our team cooking modern seasonal British cuisine with monthly changing menus for a 60 seater dining room and bar.
Located close to Victoria station, we are offering a salary package of up to £27,500 with paid overtime working 7 shifts per week (48-50 hours)
The pastry chef de partie will be responsible for running the section, leading a team of 2 demi chefs and reporting directly to the head chef and group pastry chef.
As Pastry chef de partie you will be given lots of opportunities to have input onto monthly changing menus and daily specials.
