We are looking for a pastry chef de partie to join our friendly and professional team cooking refined modern seasonal British cuisine. Located in south west London.

We are pushing to win One Michelin star and want a chef who can uphold the high standards.

Serving 50-80 covers per service with a team of 4 pastry chefs we produce everything fresh on site, our menus change on a regular basis using the very best seasonal suppliers from across the south West of England

The pastry team work 4 days on 3 days off (8am to 10pm) we are offering a generous salary package plus tips, bonus and over time. Live in is available £200 per week

The ideal pastry chef de partie will have worked in high quality restaurant or hotel kitchens in the past.
