We are looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team catering for a member’s only restaurant.

  • Located next to Green Park
  • Salary of £25k + paid over time
  • 48 hour week, with a work life balance

Working in the pastry section, the Pastry Chef de Partie will be responsible for covering both fine dining restaurant, club room and bar plus 3 private dining rooms.

The restaurant serves modern British and European cuisine pared with wines from around the world, for up to 60 covers with the club kitchen offering a more relaxed casual menu and afternoon tea.

We offer the Pastry Chef de Partie hands on training and progression opportunities along with creative input into our weekly changing menus.

The Pastry Chef de Partie and kitchen team work 48 hours per week, we like to offer a stable work life balance.

Previous experience in a 5 star hotel or similar environment is required along with a stable and progressive CV.
