Pastry Chef De Partie – Brasserie

Pastry Chef De Partie required for large Brasserie Restaurant serving up to 1200 covers per day with a brigade of 35 Chefs and 7 in Pastry. The Pastry department more closely follows a Hotel style operation, producing high quality breads, breakfast items, savoury and sweet pastry offerings, Viennoisserie, cakes, puddings and desserts & afternoon tea.

This Pastry Sous Chef position offers the opportunity to work within a high quality, fresh food, big volume, brasserie style restaurant. The Pastry Chef De Partie is joining a kitchen brigade that hopes it is building a fantastic reputation for its high standards in Pastry.

Expand your skills by managing multiple sections and developing a team of Chefs.

We need a team player with a cool head, an ability to work quickly and cleanly under pressure and are able to cope with high volume kitchen production.
