London’s top contract caterer on innovation, food development and standards are currently recruiting for an operations manager to oversee some of their award winning contracts in the Home Counties and West London.

My client is a Contract Caterer who the others follow, not only with their innovative, creative food but also their staff management.They are a specialist in the demanding London market, who surpass their client’s expectations delivering delicious food, exceptional experiences and outstanding service.

The Operations Manager will manage a patch of contracts supporting the unit managers in the day to day operations of staff dining, grab and go counters, coffee pods and hospitality.

The ideal candidate will either be from a similar B&I contract catering environment or high street restaurants, they will have a passion for training, excellent understanding of financial control and an everlasting passion for food.

£50,000 plus package
