We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic head chef to run our exciting new restaurant serving modern British nose to tail menus in our 50 seater restaurant with onsite butcher.
Located close to Marble Arch. This is an independent restaurant run by seasoned and experienced owners
Position – Head chef
Cuisine – Casual British nose to tail cooking with onsite butchery
Location – Marble Arch
Salary – £40K
Brigade – 8 chefs + Butcher
Shifts – 7 Shifts/50 hours
What we are looking for
Enthusiastic head chef or senior sous chef ready for a 1st time head chef role.
Strong hands on leader and team player who can create, cost and develop menus.
Passion for nose to tail cooking and butchery
Knowledge of Forth and FnB Shop
Someone with a proven and stable track record working with seasonal fresh produce
This is a great opportunity for a head chef to develop and manage a very exciting new concept.
