Team of 6 in kitchen preparing fresh, healthy and delicious dishes. Making all food from fresh but supported by a Central Production Kitchen for cakes and sandwiches. The kitchen manage a very busy breakfast, brunch and lunch service and usually finish by 5pm.

Our team needs a Chef in the kitchen to manage the Standard Operating Procedures, but just as importantly to lead the team, motivate, train and inspire.
We offer a structured and supportive working environment and would really appreciate a Head Chef or kitchen manager that wants to deliver the same for their team.

Kitchen can open as early as 4am but close at 8pm – chefs work within this
Cross between Ottolengh & British Cafe
All cakes made in Acton site
Very busy breakfast and brunch
Plans to run out more sites so need SOP and chef bible to follow
