We are looking for a Kitchen Manager / Head Chef to assume control of our newly opened second site located in Westfield Shepherds Bush.

The successful Kitchen Manager / Head Chef will be offered a salary of up to £40,000.

This site is a casual dining Mexican restaurant within a busy food court in one of London’s busiest shopping centers.

As Kitchen Manager / Head Chef you will be responsible for running our high volume, fast-paced kitchen with a team of 8-10 chefs.

Situated in one of London’s busiest food courts, we produce all dishes on site using high quality fresh produce.

This is a fast paced environment with one continuous all day service. The Kitchen Manager / Head Chef must be highly organised and have good leadership skills.

As Kitchen Manager you will oversee all mise en place following company standards and will work closely with the GM and Group chef to develop menus and improve standards

Basic knowledge and understanding of Mexican cuisine and ingredients is required.

We are ideally looking for a Kitchen Manager / Head Chef that has experience within a similar environment including Street Food, Retail or Food Courts.
