We are looking for a junior sous chef to join our production kitchen located in Battersea.
Catering for VIP events and functions for up to 500 covers with bespoke high quality menus.
The junior sous chef will be responsible for running a section, managing ordering, stock control, training and production standards.
We offer flexible working hours and overtime opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in events catering or hotel banqueting. We work 48 hours per week with paid overtime.
