We are looking for a junior sous chef to join our team cooking rosette standard modern British cuisine for a 50 seater dining room and busy bar.
Located 5 minutes’ walk from Victoria station we have a very strong and loyal local customer base.
Our menus change on a monthly basis with daily and weekly specials we use lots of seasonal meats, fish and game. Our Head Chef encourages all members of the kitchen team to get involved in menu creation and development.
Working in a team of up to 12 chefs we produce everything fresh on site from breads to ice creams
Training will be given along with the opportunity to quickly progress to sous chef and beyond.
