Position – Junior Sous Chef
Salary – £89K + OT
Hours – 7 shifts (50 hours)
Location – Kings Cross
We are looking for a junior sous chef to join our large brigade working in a modern well equipped air-conditioned kitchen with induction stoves.
Located in Kings Cross we work 7 shifts per week (50 hours) producing everything fresh on site with seasonal menus and weekly specials. The junior sous chef will be involved in creating specials, ordering, stock control and daily kitchen management.
This is a high volume site consisting of 100 seat British Brasserie and terrace, large bar and 100 cover events space. We cater for 600-1000 covers per day with a team of up to 30 chefs
The ideal junior sous chef will have experience on all sections of the kitchen and worked to a senior CDP level in a high quality busy restaurant, gastro pub or hotel.
