We are looking for a junior sous chef to join our team in a luxury hotel based in the heart of Mayfair.

This junior sous chef role would suit a senior chef de partie looking to develop their management skills. A rosette background and 4-5 star Hotels experience is preferred.

We work 48 hours per week, offering salary of up to £28K + paid overtime and offer regular weekends off.

The junior sous chef will be working in our main kitchen catering for the Rosette standard brasserie serving modern British cuisine with all day menus.

We produce everything fresh on site using the very best seasonal and locally sauced produce.

The junior sous chef will be responsible for leading the service in the head chef’s absence, managing the brigade, involved in stock control and food hygiene as well as menu development and creative input.

The junior sous chef will also be expected to help out in the fine dining restaurant, breakfast service and events kitchen.
