Junior Sous Chef – High quality, fresh, Latin American cuisine

Junior Sous Chef required to join our team in a brand new kitchen. Using a mix of the freshest British meat, fish and vegetables with the highest quality Mexican produce to create exciting and authentic Latin American cuisine. Our kitchen brigade are friendly and very much enjoy working in a professional environment where loyalty is rewarded and the team has a work/life balance. The Head Chef encourages creativity, but the Sous Chef is expected to work together to ensure that the team is well trained and follows instructions when preparing dishes.
