We are looking for a junior sous chef to join our team catering for a member’s only restaurant.

  • Located next to Green Park
  • Salary of £29k + paid over time
  • 48 hour week, with a work life balance

Woking in our main kitchen the junior sous chef will be responsible for covering all sections, running the pass and assisting the head and sous chef with food hygiene, stock control and due diligence.

The restaurant serves modern British and European cuisine pared with wines from around the world, for up to 60 covers per service plus 3 private dining spaces.

The junior sous chef may also cover shifts in the bar kitchen offering a more casual and relaxed menu.

We offer the junior sous chef hands on training and progression opportunities along with creative input into our weekly changing menus.

The junior sous chef and kitchen team work 48 hours per week, we like to offer a stable work life balance.

Previous experience in a 5 star hotel or similar environment is required along with a stable and progressive CV.
