We are looking for a junior sous chef to join our team catering for an award winning 5 star hotel with 2 restaurants, bars, events and golf course.

  • Located in South West London, we offer a shuttle bus service to Epsom station and onsite parking.
  • We are offering a salary of £27K plus excellent benefits.
  • Our kitchen team work 40 hours per week.

The junior sous chef will work closely with the senior chef and management team to run all outlets including a fine dining restaurant and brasserie.

As junior sous chef you will be responsible for leading, training and motivating the brigade, running the pass and controlling quality.

The junior sous chef will also be involved in stock control, ordering, food hygiene and kitchen due diligence.

We produce everything fresh on site using high quality locally sauced British produce.

The junior sous chef will be given lots of freedom and input into menu development for all outlets and will be hands on working with the team.
