We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our large brigade of 65 chefs cooking an exciting fusion of Latin American and Asian cuisine.

We produce everything fresh on site using high quality seasonal produce sauced from around the world.

The restaurant can serve up to 700 covers per day, plus regular hospitality functions and events.

The Junior Sous Chef will be hands on across all sections of the kitchen, assisting with running service and managing stock, food hygiene and training across our production kitchen and open service kitchen.

Our menus change on a seasonal basis, we encourage our chefs to be creative and need a sous chef who can train and mentor junior chefs.

We have a state of the art open kitchen giving chefs the chance to interact with customers.

A sous chef with knowledge of Latin American or Japanese cuisine is preferred, along with prior experience in high volume kitchens.
