The position is available due to an internal promotion and will be paying a salary of around £28k as a basic plus service tips of up to £5k.

Working in a team of 14 chefs
Salary of £28k
Paid service charge of around £200-400 per month
One weekend off per month
Required for the junior sous role:
Experience of the London restaurant market
Fine dining / hospitality background
Stable CV – Minimum of one year in each job
A junior sous who wants to push for the sous chef role
Passion and ability to lead the junior staff
Able to run all sections in the kitchen
