We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our team in a modern Mediterranean restaurant catering for up to 300 covers per day in our central London restaurant.

All our food is prepared fresh on site using high quality seasonal ingredients, our menus change on a monthly basis as well as daily specials.

The Junior Sous Chef will be given input and influence into menu creation and development as well as being hands on running all sections.

We offer the Junior Sous Chef training and promotional opportunity’s as well as a salary package of £27-30K

The Junior Sous Chef role would suit a strong chef de partie who has worked in restaurant environments and confident on all sections of the kitchen.
