Independent foodie contract caterer is looking for an interim catering manager for a corporate venue in Buckinghamshire.
Managing a team of 8, my client is looking for a hands-on catering manager who can implement a series of operations changes to their contract. These changes will include implementing new operational systems, organisations, compliance, and training in order to implement best practice.
The ideal candidate will be from a craft background as an executive chef or head chef from hotels, venues, and healthcare or from a military catering background.
This is an initial interim contract, but might turn into a permanent opportunity
