We are looking for a head pastry chef to join our opening team cooking modern Mediterranean seasonal menus from a fully open and interactive kitchen located in central London close to good transport links.

All our food will be produced on site including bread baked daily in our specialist bread ovens.

The pastry team will consist of 4 chefs working 45 hours per week catering for a 170 seater restaurant that will offer all day service.

Our menus use the very best produce sauced from across Europe with our menus changing on a seasonal basis. The head pastry chef will be given a lot of creative input into menu design.

It is essential that our pastry chef has a passion and knowledge of breads and baked goods as well as plated desserts to a rosette level.
