We are looking for a highly creative head pastry chef to join our team in a well-known and highly respected event catering company catering for VIP events offering bespoke restaurant and Michelin quality menus.

• Our main kitchen is located in Maida Vale close to London underground and transport links.
• We are offering a salary of £38-42K

The pastry chef work in our production kitchen during the day and will assist with service and events on evenings and weekends.

We can cater for events of 50 to 500 covers. All our food is produced on site to restaurant quality using fresh seasonal produce from the around the British Isle and internationally.

The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills be confident interacting with clients and will have creative input into menus and events.

The ideal pastry head chef will be not only a superbly gifted chef but also highly organised and creative with a background in fine dining and an interest in events they will need to have strong leadership/management abilities.

We are offering great training and the opportunity to work on some of the coolest London events and venues.

Previous background in high quality restaurants and hotels is required and previous experience working on events would be a bonus.
