We are looking for a highly creative head pastry chef to join our team catering for VIP, restaurant quality events across London and the Home Counties.

The ideal head chef will come from a 5 star hotel or Michelin restaurant background and must have some experience working on large events.

  • Salary package of £45-50K
  • Plus company bonus
  • Flexible working hours (Christmas and new years off)

The head pastry chef will lead a team of 2 full time pastry sous chefs supported by a trusted base of freelance chefs.

We cater for VIP events across London for up to 1000 covers (average 200-400 covers)

The head pastry chef will be responsible for menu development, kitchen management, budgeting, and stock control.
