We are looking for a head pastry chef to join our established team catering for high end outside events and private dinner parties.
Every menu we create is bespoke to the client’s wishes, we like to use highly seasonal and exciting produce, producing everything fresh on site.
The head pastry chef must be confident leading a small team and regular agency staff. Producing fine dining Michelin stared desserts for events of up to 200 guests.
The head pastry chef will be given lots of creative freedom and input into menu development.
The role is based in south London though events are split across the city and Home Counties. The ideal candidate will have events experience along with Michelin or rosette background.
