Head of Sales

I an opportunity for a confident, passionate, dynamic Head of Sales to join this busy Central London venue and to lead the sales department.

This is a wonderful opportunity to have a varied yet full role as you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales & marketing operations and a team of 5 sales executives.

Event knowledge, organisation and leadership is required in this role to ensure that they achieve top line sales and budgets. This role is based in a prestigious and award-winning events & hospitality venue hosting weddings, gala dinners, corporate receptions, meetings and Christmas parties.

The venue has a combined venue & catering turnover of £2m+

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience of building a pipeline of new business

Previous experience of managing a marketing budget and plan with an emphasis on online

Strong commercial, financial awareness and team leadership experience

Previous experience of working within an events, sales and marketing role for an events/venue company is desirable

Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written

Has experience in a proactive Sales role

£40,000 plus commission
