Global Facilities Management Company with operations in Business & Industry, Education, Healthcare and Defence are currently recruiting for a Head of Retail and Food Marketing.
The position is to build and partner with customer-focused brands and concepts that are operationally viable and result in sustainably profitable growth by leading the marketing function and develop the food services marketing strategy.
The Head of Retail and Food Marketing will lead the Food Services Marketing team and lead on food marketing for the company, building successful food brands. You will be able to identify and partner with sector-specific high street brands that deliver growth and brand value.
You will analyse food trends, competition and translate into new and improved food concepts
The Head of Retail and Food Marketing Manager will utilise brand communications, advertising, campaign management, digital marketing and develop annual and seasonal segment-specific marketing, promotion and advertising campaigns.
The ideal candidate will;
·5 years plus experience in retail food marketing strategies to B2B and B2C from inception to implementation
·Bachelor / Masters level qualification in Marketing
·Demonstrate ability to manage cross-functional teams to deliver business results
·Analytical mind-set ability to handle large data sets
·Commercially astute – understand the value and commercial drivers in the development of food concepts and marketing strategies.
