We are looking for a head chef to join our team cooking Two AA Rosette winning modern British menus that change on a weekly basis.
We give our head chef and kitchen teams a lot of freedom to create and develop their own menus
The head chef must be creative, have a good understanding of seasonality, costing and budgeting.
Leading a stable and professional team of 7 chefs

Salary – £40-45K

The ideal head chef must have experience in a similar style environment and must have experience costing and budgeting menus
