Overview

We are looking for a head chef to take responsibility for our kitchen, leading a team of 13 chefs producing rosette standard seasonal British cuisine.

Located close to Victoria station, within easy reach of transport links, we work 7 shifts per week (50 hours). We are offering the head chef a salary package of £40-45K

Our food is a mix of classical British with modern influences, using high quality locally sauced produce ad game. We produce everything fresh on site including whole carcass butchery.

We are very proud of our food and give the head chef almost full freedom to create and develop menus that change every 6-8 weeks plus daily specials.

The restaurant seats up to 70 covers plus private dining facilities and separate bar kitchen.

The head chef will be responsible for all aspects of the kitchen from recruiting and leading the brigade of 13 chefs to developing menus, saucing suppliers, managing stock and GP to food hygiene and HACCP.

Previous experience to a senior sous or head chef level is required along with good IT knowledge.
