Head Chef – Retail

A position has become vacant for a head chef to work within a leading global company within the sports and leisure sector. This is a very interesting opportunity allowing a head chef to have full culinary direction and development of the food offering within this prestigious contract.

The site has

11 retail outlets

Pop up retail pods within the building

2 brasserie-style restaurants

 

The head chef will have full responsibility of running the retail kitchen including managing kitchen operations and procedures, complying with policies, presentations and tastings along with client liaison and increasing of sales.

In addition, you will:

Have a core team of 7 full time chefs plus company casual staff when required

Implement new menu ideas

Focus on innovation for the retail outlets

Be on trend for current and potential food ideas and concepts.

 

The head chef will have a background in the retail food areas. Be a current head chef or development within well-known high st brands or concepts and have a high knowledge of current market trends. You will be financially aware, innovative and passionate along with strong leadership skills.
