Overview

We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic head chef to lead our team cooking an exciting mix of Mediterranean and International cuisine for an all-day restaurant. We also have a small production kitchen on site catering for other local cafes and restaurants.

Located in within easy access to tube, rail and bus links.

We are offering a salary package of £40-50K working 6 shifts per week producing everything fresh on site.

Our menus use the very best seasonal produce and change on a seasonal basis. We produce everything fresh on site with a full time baker and production team.

The head chef will be given lots of input into daily specials and seasonal menus and will be responsible for managing stock control, food hygiene, rotas and daily kitchen management.

We offer support and training from the group chef and head office.
