We are looking for a head chef to lead our friendly and professional team of 16 cooking high quality fresh British produce for a restaurant, bar, deli and PDR.

Our menus change on a regular basis, we give the head chef lots of creative input into menu development.

Located in the heart of Canary Wharf we work 48 hours per week, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner Monday to Saturday and brunch only on Sunday.

The ideal chef will have a stable background in a rosette or high quality brasserie and must have a good understanding of kitchen finances and budgeting.

Salary of up to £44K plus achievable bonuses.
