Head chef needed for award winning foodie British restaurant and PDR in the heart of Chelsea. Offering exciting modern British cuisine using seasonal British produce.
Catering for a busy bar, 60 seat dining room and bar, from a modern well stocked open kitchen. We also serve a very popular Sunday roast for up to 250 covers every Sunday.
The head chef will be responsible for leading and developing a team of up to 10 kitchen staff.
100% menu creativity and freedom will be given to the head chef with the brief of seasonal British classics in and modern style.
The head chef will also be responsible for achieving food cost budgets, food hygiene and kitchen due diligence targets.

Salary – £40-45K

This role would suit a head chef who has worked in rosette/fine dining kitchens.
