Head Chef – Private Catering


We are recruiting for a head chef to work within this new brand and new company who will specialise in private delivery of high standard food. The target market will be the South West / West London regions to begin with for top end clients.


To give an idea of the set up:


Recently acquired kitchen to produce the food

West London based

Estimated around 30 meals to be prepared & cooked for delivery service

Menu choice – Including Vegan dishes, Healthy options, Gluten free

7 day operation

Evening service only



As this is a new company and a new role we will be looking for a certain type of individual. We believe the chef to have the following:



An individual from an events, hospitality or private household kitchen

Very organised

Has skills in designing menus with dietary requirements to a restaurant standard

Cost minded – Good with pricing, working with suppliers and can waste control

Modern food ideas

Experience as a good strong sous chef or senior sous chef



The company will start operating by end of February and look to have the chef in place. This is an important appointment and for the right person there will be promotional prospects with opportunities to grow within the company.


Starting salary will be between £32-35k plus potential bonuses.
