We are looking for a head chef to run the kitchens in this prestigious venue in the South West London region.
The head chef will manage the multi facilities on site that include café restaurant, deli, main restaurant and events kitchen. This is one of the capital’s exclusive venues with a turnover of over £1 million per year.
During peak time in the service can be very busy with some weekends taking in revenue of over £30k. This café alone can have over 500 customers daily with the events having capacity of 200 covers sit down dinners.
A fantastic opportunity for a head chef to make their own mark on the site and within the company. They will be responsible for a team of 5 chefs plus regular casual staff and be organised, manage the volume of business, provide high quality concepts and new ideas for the venue while keeping it fresh and customers happy!
The head chef experience will need to be from a commercial style operations, B&I style contract, hotel and or stadia style venue. You must already be a head chef and have a stable CV. It is essential that you live in the south west London areas, south Berkshire, north Hampshire regions.
A competitive salary of £45k is on offer plus paid overtime for functions and 28 days holiday
