We are looking for an ambitious head chef to lead and manage our new restaurant pop up.
Located next to Liverpool street station we are due to open in late November and need a head chef who can join us immediacy.
Our concept is refined street food using high quality locally sauced poultry. The restaurant will seat 55 chefs and will have a semi open and well stocked kitchen. We plan to offer lunch and dinner service 7 days per week.
The head chef will be fully reasonable for all kitchen operations including menu and concept development, recruitment and training. We also require the head chef to implement food hygiene, allergen and stock control systems and procedures.
Following a successful pop up we plan to open multiple restaurants and roll out the brand, the head chef will play a vital role in this and will be expected to grow and progress with the company.
We are offering the head chef a basic salary of £30-32K + tronc.
