Overview

We are looking for a creative and foodie head chef to lead and run an exciting award winning food led gastro pub restaurant.

Located close to train and bus links our team of 6 chefs working 6 shifts per week

Our restaurant seats 90 covers with menus changing on a monthly basis.

The head chef will work closely with suppliers to sauce exciting seasonal produce and will be responsible for developing menus whilst managing food cost budgets.

We produce everything 100% fresh on site, bread, ice cream, sausages and butchery.

This role is an ASAP start, with interviews happening immediately.
