We are looking for a head chef with outside events or volume hotel banqueting experience to join our brigade. Reporting directly to the group Exec chef and MD.

We cater for a wide portfolio of sites including retail & café dining, pop-up restaurants and high volume banqueting in fixed venues and special events.

Located in South West London, close to tube and national rail links we also have parking on site. We are offering a salary package of £45-55K along with flexible shift patterns.

The head chef will be responsible for overseeing the daily running and management of the production kitchen consisting of a full time team of 10 chefs plus up to 45 agency chefs during peak periods.

As head chef you would be expected to attend and run up to 3 events per week delivering high quality dining and service.

The Head Chef will be heavily involved in liaising with clients to create and develop and plan high quality bespoke menus and saucing exciting suppliers. Responsible for labor and food costing, budgeting, stock control and recruitment.

Successful candidates must have prior experience in either outside events catering or high quality hotel banqueting as well as good man management and communication skills. We would consider both head chef candidates and senior sous chefs ready to step up.
