We are looking for a head chef to run and lead our One AA Rosette kitchen cooking modern British cuisine for a 50 cover restaurant 20 cover PDR and bar area from our modern and open kitchen

Located in the heart of Mayfair we work 7 shifts producing everything fresh on site using high quality seasonal produce, meat and game

Position – Head Chef

Cuisine – One AA Rosette British Restaurant and Bar

Location – Mayfair

Salary – £40-45K

Brigade – 8 chefs

Shifts – 7 Shifts/45 hours

The head chef must be confident cooking classic British cuisine as well as more refined modern dishes and must have good financial and management skills

The head chef must have previous experience as head chef and will ideally have worked in a rosette or Michelin environment.
