Due to launch in winter 2019, this Head Chef position is available immediately.

We are opening a modern European casual dining pre theater restaurant and café located in the heart of Covent Garden.

We are offering a salary package of up to £40K.

The ideal Head Chef will have a great understanding of the Pastry section as this will be a key part of our operation.

As Head Chef you will be responsible for planning, sourcing and costing all menus and you will report directly in to our GM.

Our menus will change constantly, therefore we require a Head Chef with the passion and commitment to deliver eclectic and varied menus.

Our brigade will consist of 8 chefs and 3 porters. The Head Chef will be responsible for recruiting and training their own brigade.

Lunches will see a combination of home-made salads and traditional bar foods running alongside a fantastic selection of home-made pastries – we will also focus heavily on providing for the pre-theatre market.

We would consider a strong senior sous chef looking for a first head chef position. The head chef must have prior experience leading a kitchen, creating menus and managing food hygiene and kitchen management. Pre-opening experience would be a bonus.
