Overview

We are looking for a head chef to lead our kitchen cooking casual British and European premium dining due to open in November 2019.

This is a brand new opening and will require a head chef who has worked on previous openings, lead large teams and is hands on.

Located in the financial center of London, we are offering a salary of up to £50K

Our food is very trendy, funky and exciting, we like big bold flavors and want to showcase our food.

The Head Chef is accountable for the day to day running of the kitchen, working with the group chef to recruit and train staff, develop seasonal menus and implement systems.

Leading a team of up to 15 chefs. We produce all our food fresh in site using high quality seasonal produce. We aim to take £million in food revenue in our 1st year serving up to 400 covers per night.

The head chef will work with the GM and Exec Chef to manage budgets, GP and labor costs.
